Terms and Conditions of Sale

SALES CONDITIONS

1) The stamps on sale are owned by Gobel & Hamilton Filatelia.

2) The photographic reproduction of stamps in auction is part of description. Complaints concerning centering, margining and characteristics of the stamps (such as heaviness of cancellations, etc.) will not be accepted. The material offered is authentic, first choice and free from defects, even hidden, unless otherwise clearly specified. Any expert checks other than those indicated will be made after the conclusion of the auction and at the expense of the buyer.

3) Price of stamps is in Euro and lots will be sold to the highest bidder.

4) With the express offer, the buyer fully accepts the conditions of sale set out here.

5) The Bid Increases will be equal to:

a) 5 euros for lots price up to 100 euros; and

b) 10% for lots price over 100 euros.

6) The knocking down price will be increased by 20% fixed fees in addiction to the following shipping costs:

a) 7 euros for Italy;

b) 10 euros for Europe;

c) 12 euros for rest of the World.

7) Once the invoice is received, payment can be made by:

a) SEPA bank transfer to Gobel & Hamilton Filatelia, Bank B.S.I. S.p.a. IBAN: SM 46 P 03287 09803 000030309921, BIC/SWIFT code: BSDISMSDXXX; or

b) by Paypal (send funds to info@gobelhamilton.sm).

8) Upon buyer’s request, following receipt of payment in full, lots can be sent by registered mail or express courier (Italy only) at seller own risk.

9) Complaints will be taken into account only if:

a) lodged within 15 days of receipt of stamps.

b) referred to defects not indicated in description and visible in the pictures.

10) Any printing error, especially referring to picture numbers, catalogue numbers or prices, in case of complaint, may only intitle the buyer to a refund of the amount paid.

Some of the lots have a reserve price. If it is not reached, the lot is not sold.
